2nd International Symposium on Cocoa Research

These conferences aim to enable the international cocoa community to exchange and discuss the latest advances in technology and innovation, to share and disseminate information in order to establish joint strategies to meet the current challenges of cocoa production: sustainable development of the global cocoa sector along its value chain and in the context of climate change.

Another objective is also to confirm the importance of the French community based in Montpellier, or working in partnership, in international research on all aspects of cocoa production, from genetics to product quality. The objective is also to strengthen or establish new partnerships at the international level.
