EPIPLANT meeting – initially planned for February, it is postponed to September 2021

The EPIPLANT meeting bring together the scientific community studying epigenetic mechanisms and chromatin dynamics in plants, within the framework ofthe French CNRS research consortium (GDR) EPIPLANT. (co-financed by Agropolis Fondation)

The third EPIPLANT conference initially planned for February, it is postponed to September. It is organized by the Plant Genome and Development Laboratory (LGDP) of the University of Perpignan, in collaboration with other members of the GDR EPIPLANT. Several internationally renowned scientists will be invited to give an oral presentation in relation to the following research areas:
• Epigenetics and chromatin dynamics
• Epigenetic regulations of transposable elements
• Epigenetic regulations in response to the environment
• Epigenetics and non-coding RNA
• Epigenetic mechanisms and development
• Epigenetics and chromatin dynamics in crops
• Transgenerational epigenetic variations
• Epigenetics, ecology and evolution (partnership with GDR 3E)

Although this conference will be virtual, it is strongly recommended to register now! We also invite scientists working in these research topics, and in particular PhD applicants and post-docs, to submit an abstract onthe conference website in order to be selected for an oral presentation.
