On March 19 and 20, 2024, the University of Montpellier, its academic partners and CGIAR will bring together international panels of experts (Club of Rome, OHHLP, IPCC, European Commission, FAO, etc.) to work together on food systems, which are at the heart of the transformations needed to promote sustainable, equitable and fair development.
Initiated in 2021, these meetings, known as the "Montpellier Process", aim to establish a collaborative and secure working space between international panels of expertise, in order to facilitate collective intelligence and strengthen the science-policy and science-society interfaces.
On the occasion of these two days, a public conference will be held on March 18 at 6.30pm at the Corum (Einstein Auditorium).
From raising the alarm to saving the planet: science mobilizes, presented by Carlos Alvarez Pereira, Secretary General of the Club of Rome.
